This role of Commercial Manager will play a key role in our ATS business and will be responsible for the financial and commercial management of the business area and associated assets.

What you'll be doing

As a Commercial Manager you will:

• Have good knowledge of and adheres to the Companys Group Minimum Commercial Expectations (GMCEs), Business Management System (BMS), Gated Business Lifecycle (GBL) and other governance requirements.
• Support the preparation and presentation of the monthly commercial and financial reports.
• To manage the feedback of commercial data to operational and management teams.
• Manage commercial aspects with Customers and stakeholders.
• Establish any Customer supply chain requirements & advise on alternative forms of contract & procurement arrangements.
• Have knowledge and application of legislation and ability to liaise with legal experts.
• Prepare estimates & tender submissions including the interpretation of Customer requirements and supplier specifications.
• Represent the financial and contractual interests to your employer and/or Customers in review meetings or the like.
• Co-ordinate buying, accounts, production control/planning, supply chain management & procurement techniques, estimating & surveying functions
• Manage commercial risk and opportunity.

• Experience of Asset Management/Civil Engineering/Construction
• Strategic change management
• Stakeholder management experience
• Team management skills
