What you'll be doing
Ensure highest standard/quality of workmanship on all maintenance requirements, repair on HGV and specialist vehicles.
Exceeding of Customers expectations
Ensure that a safe system of work is carried out at all times and in line with the Companys health, safety, environmental and quality procedures
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or What it will look like when you are doing the job well
Monthly Accounts - Productivity - Vehicle down time
Quality of maintenance and repair activities - Customer complaints VOR status
MOT pass rate
Timely and accurate completion of all legal documents, including service and inspection sheets
Timely and accurate completion of all administrative duties
Customer commendations
Who we're looking for
Knowledge, skills and experience
HGV City & Guilds or equivalent qualification within the relevant field or ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of skill
Basic computer skills
HGV MOT laws / requirements
Knowledge of Health and Safety laws
Essential
HGV Driving Licence
Diagnostic equipment usage
Customer focused
Desirable
IRTEC accredited
Suction Excavator, sweeper, Hotbox, crash cushion knowledge / certification
Winter Maintenance knowledge
